Martine Benezech is a self taught photographer based in the South of France who began her artistic journey as a child experimenting in darkrooms. Her work is defined by a desire to represent the world through the reassuring presence of animals, often using them to reflect on childhood perspectives. She places a significant emphasis on post production to ensure her final images match the visions she carries within her, resulting in evocative and highly textured portraits. By blending realism with a refined, painterly touch, she creates imagery that captures the quiet dignity of her subjects.

Museum-quality giclée printing on archival-grade, 340 gsm polyester-cotton canvas gives your artwork a softly textured matte/satin finish. Made with sustainably sourced materials, the canvas is scratch, crack & warp resistant and stretched over deep wooden supports with finished mirrored edges.
