Additional Information
Ángeles M Pomata is an emergent artist based in Níjar, where the breathtaking seascapes of Cabo de Gata Natural Park inspire her work. A former clinical psychologist in Madrid, Ángeles transitioned to a creative career and discovered her passion for painting. Self-taught and driven by experimentation, she came to art as a visitor and stayed.
Specializing in oil painting, Ángeles’s portfolio highlights the beauty of natural landscapes through vibrant color compositions and concept-driven pieces inspired by nature. Her work has been featured in Women in Art 278 (Florida) and the Basel gallery Go For Art and is part of private collections across Europe, Singapore, Australia, and the United States.
Blending tradition with innovation, Ángeles M Pomata continues to explore new techniques and themes in Spanish oil painting. Discover her latest creations at ampomata.com or follow her on X and Instagram at @ampomata.
Canvas & frame details
Museum-quality giclée printing on archival-grade, 340 gsm polyester-cotton canvas gives your artwork a softly textured matte/satin finish. Made with sustainably sourced materials, the canvas is scratch, crack & warp resistant and stretched over deep wooden supports with finished mirrored edges.
Add an optional solid-wood floating frame in an available finish, or enjoy the canvas on its own. Oak or solid hardwood frames leave a small gap around the artwork for a floating effect. Both options arrive ready to hang with pre-installed sawtooth hardware; framed prints include protective rubber bumpers.
